After learning what sketch notes are, we did a practice sketch note by sketching out prompts on the board. Some prompts was our name, one thing about our school, and our favorite hobbies.

WHY READ MACBETH?

After doing our sketch note exercise, we watched a video, "Why Read Macbeth", and made a sketch note on the video.

Doing sketchnotes was an activity that I have never done. I found it neat to express myself in the form of doodles and colors. When watching the video, I would draw things that would represent scenes that take place. For example, since there is murder, I drew a sword and a puddle of blood so it would be helpful to remember. Overall, this activity was very fun and I would recommend this to everyone! At least try it out once, you won’t regret it.
